  35.             "toggle" in and out of PC-Outline while it is memory
  36.             resident.  For the full convenience of the toggle, you
  37.             must set the "HotKey" to be Shift-Tab using the
  38.             KEYSET.COM program supplied with PC-Outline.  WARNING:
  39.             if you are not Memory Resident, Shift-Tab will still be
  40.             functional...which means it will Quit without a prompt
  41.             warning of changed data in the current outlines.  So,
  42.             be aware that this toggle is only for use with the
  43.             memory resident mode of PC-Outline.  If that doesn't
  44.             appeal to you, Clear Shift-Tab (at the Advanced menu)
  45.             and save the macro file again.

  47.  ■  Additional keys provided by Superkey
  48.  
  49.     Several keys are inactivated by SuperKey -- the
  50.          Shift-Keypad, GreyMinus, and GreyPlus.  However,
  51.          several Control and Alt combinations are allowed that
  52.          don't normally exist.

  54.     While the keys inactivated by SuperKey are only inactive
  55.          while using PC-Outline in memory resident mode, the
  56.          additional keys generated by SuperKey are available in
  57.          both normal and memory resident mode.

  59.     ■  Ctrl-Delete - Delete word right
  60.     ■  Alt-Delete - Delete to end of line
  61.     ■  Alt-BackSpace - Delete to beginning of line
  62.     ■  Alt-UpArrow - Hide children of current topic

  68.  ■  Note on saving macro files if you use SuperKey:
  69.     ■  if you define macro keys while memory resident, then save
  70.             the macro file PCOMAC.CFG while you have an outline
  71.             loaded, the outline is sometimes appended to the macro
  72.             file, increasing it's size from 384 bytes or so to 44
  73.             kilobytes.  The solution is to only save the macro file
  74.             from non-resident PCO, or make sure you have a blank
  75.             slate (a new, empty outline).  This only happens with
  76.             SuperKey and the Memory resident PCO.
